C SERIES

Our concentrated release agent line designed to be diluted for economical use. It provides an excellent combination of durability and lubricity for highly abrasive compounds or where good slip is needed. For release of Viton®, EPDM, EPM, neoprene, butyl rubber, Vamac®, SBR, nitrile, polyurethane, and highly filled clay and peroxide cured elastomers. It is also an excellent release for thermosets and plastics. It can be diluted with hard or soft water (DI water is not necessary).
  • C-79 provides a more durable film which can be used straight for larger parts such as tires or mats.
  • C-791 provides a softer parting film for deep draws and complex configurations. It is also an excellent release for thermosets and plastics. It can be diluted with hard or soft water with dilution ratios of 3:1 to 8:1.
  • C-51 is our most concentrated release agent for a recommended dilution of at least 3:1 and provides the highest degree of slip.
