Our most versatile semi-permanent release agent line. It releases the widest variety of compounds of our release agent lines and provides a very durable coating with good slip for deep draws and complex configurations. For release of Viton®, natural rubber, EPDM, EPM, polyisoprene, neoprene, Hypalon, butyl rubber, SBR, nitrile rubber, polyurethane, highly filled clay and peroxide cured elastomers.
- A-780 provides a softer film for use on smaller parts.
- A-710 is for larger parts or more abrasive compounds
- A-515 is our strongest semi-permanent designed to release the toughest compounds. Providing a very durable coating on the mold surface, this release agent provides the most releases per application.
